Spotlessly clean venue with absolutely fantastic and sensational breakfasts and garden views. Easy check-in, great and lovely location just next door to the coast of northern Scotland, public transport to centre of town, and a taxi back from Edinburgh town centre. The setting is great and lovely, just next door to restaurants, cafes and different stores, good area. For tea and goodies visit Union Eatery & Coffee, located close by. The double room is elegant and has coffee/tea making equipment, an iron, and a complimentary tray. The breakfast is incredible and sensational with a wide range of dishes.

This hotel was great value for money, I think. Porridge and fruit were brilliant and overall there was variety of food. As for me, the location was marvellous and decent, really close to the Old City and the centre and beyond.

Great value for money for the area, had a delightful stay for one night. Everything was very convenient, excellent location near to public transport to centre of town, bus stop which is £4.00 for an all day ticket or 15 minute walk into Edinburgh and regular buses, nice staff. The room was impeccable and gorgeous, with a complimentary tray and a storage. It had good views of the garden.

We were there for 4 days, everything was very convenient, appreciated its great and fantastic location so close to the coast of northern Scotland and the Highlands, Edinburgh around 10 am after a 36 hour trip, and the center of town.
